Macaroni & Cheese

This recipe is my Favorite as it is so creamy and Tasty Also it is easy to make.


2     Cups Uncooked elbow Macaroni 
1/2  Cup Fat free Sour Cream 
2     Cups Fat free Skim Milk 
2     Tbs Finely Chopped Onion 
3     Tbs All purpose Flour 
1     Tsp Yellow Mustard 
1/2  Tea spoon Salt 
1/4  Tea spoon Cayenne red Pepper 
1/4  Tea spoon Black Pepper
2     Cups Shredded sharp Cheddar Cheese 


1-Cook and Drain Macaroni then stir in Sour Cream and Cover to keep Warm
2- heat the Oven for 250 degrees F
3- Stir onion in some Butter add flour Stir again then add the Skim Milk ans Mustard + Salt & Black Pepper Keep Stir Till it thicken then add Cayenne red Pepper 
4- bring to Boil then stir in the Cheese till all melt and Mix together 
5- Pour in a baking Pan for 20 to 25 Min until edges are Bubbly .

Option : you can sprinkle with little Paprika before Baking
