Tuscan Chicken Pasta

 this recipe it's very Good for chicken pasta


for 2 servings:
2         Cups Pasta ( Rigatoni ) or the one of your choice 
1         Chicken breasts cut in cubes 
2         Tbs  frego roasted Garlic Parmesan Sauce 
1/4      Cup water
1/4      Copped Onion
1         Small chopped Yellow  bell pepper 
1         Small chopped red bell pepper 
1/2      Cup mushrooms
1/2      Cup fresh chopped spinach
4         Diced Cherry Tomatoes 
1         Tea spoon Tuscan seasoning 
1         Table spoon olive oil
           salt & pepper  to taste .

Steps :

1- boil pasta for 15 min 
2- in a pan pour the olive oil add the onion then the chicken cubes 
3- add the chopped yellow bell pepper  and the red bell pepper and the mushrooms also the tomatoes 
4- add the tuscan seasoning & the 1/4 Cup water.
cover for 10 min on medium heat 
5- uncover the pan and add the Frego roasted Garlic Parmesan Sauce
6- add the salt and pepper and stir to mix the Sauce very well
7- bring to boil .
8-  pour the pasta on the sauce pan & mix well together .
serve Hot with Salad .
