Fluffy Blueberry Pancakes

very Fluffy and Light Pancakes for the Mornings .. with Fresh Blueberries they are impossible to Resist.











Ingredients: 

for 3 Medium Pancakes :


3/4  Cup Milk
2     TBS White Vinegar
1     Cup all purpose Flour
2     TBS white Sugar
1/4  Teaspoon Baking Soda
1     Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2  Teaspoon Salt
1     Egg
2     TBS butter (melted)
       Desired Amount of Blueberries (Optional)
       Cooking Spray or canola Oil to brush the pan

Steps :

1- Combine Milk and Vinegar , set aside for 5 min.

2- In large bowl Combine Flour , Sugar , Baking Powder , Baking Soda , and Salt.

3- Whisk egg and butter into "soured" milk. Pour the flour mixture into the wet ingredients 

and whisk until lumps are gone.

3- Heat Large skillet over a medium Heat and coat with cooking Spray or Brush it with some Cooking Oil .

4- Pour 1/4 Cupfuls of butter onto the skillet and top with some Blueberries , Cook until bubbles appear on the surface ,  Flip with a spatula, and cook until browned on the other side.
